Just came across this wonderful picture today on the web! It was taken at last year’s TN Renaissance Festival when I wore one of my plague doctor costumes. It’s so rare to find pictures from the faire, so I’m glad I found this!
The costume was made in about three days, the mask itself took two. The robe was made in a day using the same pattern as Malfatto's. The hat is his as well with temporary feathers added. The walking stick, feathers, accents, and bottles were bought and modified. Pardon the lack of gloves....it was hot that day.
And also, try to ignore the date thing....I like the photo too much to crop.

Looks great! i currently have WIP of a DP costume. For hot summmer days my i suggest dying white cotton gloves black, the breath awesome and they would be black!!!
